If today’s global leadership is missing in action, youths are part of the changing face of leadership.
The World’s Top 100 Young Leaders Forum aims to motivate, equip and embolden our young leaders to see themselves as important influencers of positive changes in their community, their nation and beyond.
They will be inspired to know that a true leader is one who is able to make a positive impact even without position or authority. Delegates will leave empowered to lead by virtue of who they are, not the position they hold. Assuming leadership today, youth are called to make their mark.
Don’t tell people how to do things, tell them what to do and let them surprise you with their results.
